9. Protected electronic message
According to the amendment of Section 44 of the AML/CFT Act (come into force on 15 December 2008): "Service provider shall forward the report to the authority that operates as the financial intelligence unit in the form of a protected electronic message, about the arrival of which the authority that operates as the financial intelligence unit in the form of an electronic message shall notify without delay the service provider that forwarded the report." |
