8. Obligation to declare on the basis of the 1889/2005 EC Regulation on controls of cash entering or leaving the Community





Travelers entering or leaving the Community and carrying EUR 10 000 or more are obliged to make a declaration to the competent authorities of the Member State where they enter or leave the territory of the European Community.
