4. Supervisory functions - Rates of duties


The service providers have to pay procedural duties for the approval of internal rules by virtue of Section 28 Subsection (1) of the Act XCIII of 2007 on duties. The obligation of paying procedural duties arises with the submission of the request to initiate the proceeding. Section 29 of the Act XCIII of 2007 on duties determines the rate of duty and Section 73 lays down the payment method. If the service provider fails to carry out its obligation to pay the duty or to pay the duty within the deadline, a fine shall be imposed on service provider according to the Act XCII of 2003 on the rules of taxation.
